I will be keeping these pages up to date with the information and citations to all of the above topics as a new project.  Specifically not covered at this time is jewelry, as I'm fairly familiar with this area having done research on it off and on for eight years.

Note: There is debate as to the validity and/or currency of various research available.  I leave you to decide which you will follow.  I am comparing all of it.  In order to help, I will note web and print resources that are questionable or under debate, but I will include them.
